Dacryocystography and dacryo-CT scan

These examinations allow the anatomical evaluation of lacrimal drainage pathways and causes of obstruction.

They take place in 2 steps :

  1. Injection of a contrast medium and opacification of the lacrimal drainage pathways using a fine catheter,
  2. X-rays or a CT scan centered on the lacrimal drainage pathways are then performed, either on one side or on both sides.
